Lazy day...

Nothing to watch on TV....no energy to do anything! Blah! What to do..what to do..

Bad start to the weekend....

One bonus to this new daytime schedule that I have rec'd is that every other  weekend I have 4 days off in a row!!! So for instance I work Wed - Sat ...off 2 days then work Tues - Fri....off 4 days then repeat....Have I confused you yet... anyways this is my first weekend to have the 4 days off in a row and it has started off pretty freakin crappy.!!!

Last night my friend Jessica and I had planned to go to a bar on campus to have a few beers and talk...her and I can talk about ANYTHING and everything and I am truly sad right now b/c she is having to move in 2 weeks to Indiana due to her hubby's job...so I'm trying to cram some extra Jess time in....Well I ended up having to end last night early b/c I had a massive migraine and thought I may die!! I was so freakin pissed at myself...not that I could help it but it was WAY noisy where we were and the drinks were not helping the situation and I just wanted my bed. So I mentioned her coming over tonight since Brad was working til 11. Well I woke up today my head was better but not perfect and I felt really woozy and weak...So after I ate I went back to bed and I still feel like crap!!! Not only did I have my Jess plans but I had fun errand plans today to that I did not get to accomplish...I was looking forward to taking my car to get washed...shopping for a new little rug for in front of my kitchen sink...running to target....you know fun stuffs....now I'm laying on the couch feeling like crap!! ugh!! So bummed out...even when I try that whole positive thinking its not getting me anywhere... Thank goodness Jess is able to meet me on Monday for sushi happy.hour!!

Well I think I'm going to hop in a hot shower and see if that helps...wish me luck!

In the moment

Right now I just got home from work where I spent the last 45 mins talking with one of the nurses about relationships..She is going through a very difficult time in her marriage.  I listened and advised her that someday it will be ok and that the sun will shine again and I know that is hard for her to grasp right now but its so very true...But I know she will probably not believe or understand me until she finally reaches peace within herself. You live and you learn. It just sucks!!

On a different note my dogs are driving me nuts!!! I guess they are all hyper because I just got home from work...or brad gave them a whole bunch of sugar while I was gone..who knows...but they are all wobbling around and making noises and they want to go outside and then inside and then they want food and up on the couch and off the couch and oh my goodness!!

I am so stinking tired right now I really need to go to bed...You see I have been working out!!!! and my legs are super tired today I did 45 min of cardio today and Tuesday. And yesterday Lindy Lou and I went all around town and to the city and back shopping and stuffs and my legs are tired!! But that good tired!!! However I think I'm going to take tomorrow off from working out.

Man I'm watching this show on National Geographic right now called Factory Floor w/ Brian Marshall ... I don't know its just on... and its showing how they make money...holy moly just stacks of $20's -- like millions in minutes!! Crazy...what I wouldn't give for a few of those sheets!!! Can you imagine the background check you have to go through to get that job!!

Well I'm sure I have bored you enough today...I'm going to leave you with and a new word to add to your vocabulary...the word is MERKIN ... Google it!! Very interesting....

Annoying Errands

I apologize this is a pretty short and boring blog....

There are things in life that I just can't stand to do....these are just a few...

~ Going to put gas in my car...I always wait until I REALLY need it and I REALLY need to be somewhere!!

~ Going to the post office!! Especially to buy stamps!! I've only bought stamps like maybe 4 times my whole life b/c I would normally just steal them from my mom -- I don't even know the options for buying stamps - like what if I need just one??

~ Going to get my oil change... the smell of tire rubber gives me a severe  headache.

~ Going to the tag agency for anything!!! This last year I was very proud of myself I actually bought my tag w/i the same month it expired...normally I wait until I get a ticket... I think I even went like 4 months past due one year...I just HATE going and never think about it until I'm driving and see a cop..HA!

~ Going to the bank...I don't know why, maybe b/c I've mainly grown up in the digital age where everything is done electronically - and I hate writing checks and waiting for them to clear -- so annoying!!

another reason why I never need stamps I pay everything online :O)

 

~ Basically anywhere or doing anything where I may have to wait in an annoying line.. How bout you?? I do like to here from the very few that actually read ....hehehe
